Our Coffee

We chose to collaborate with Barista Microtorréfacteur, a Montreal-based company founded in 2004 by two coffee enthusiasts, Alex Sereno and Enrico Serena.

Their shared vision: to offer exceptionally high-quality coffee, slowly roasted in the Italian tradition to reveal its full richness and complexity. This artisanal approach, known as Slow Roast, is at the heart of their expertise and aligns perfectly with our desire to serve a refined and authentic espresso.

Over the years, Barista has established itself as a local reference, thanks to a dedicated team, outstanding customer service, and unwavering attention to every step of the production process. Working with them means surrounding ourselves with passionate people, deeply rooted in the community, who share our values of quality, connection, and authenticity.
